I purchased a coffee table as a Christmas present for my Dad and was told that the store would remain open Christmas Eve until 6:00 P.M. The store closed early on Christmas eve so I couldn't pick up my Christmas present. I had a friend with a truck waiting to help me pick up the coffee table.
I missed giving my present to my Dad on Christmas Day which ruined my Christmas present. Today, December 27th the Sofia Express delivery truck came and got mud all over the carpet. The color of the glass tiles were brown, not green as in the store. I am tired of the bad customer service from Sofia Express and the misrepresentations of my expectations.
