I'm working at Mcd's and I can say that the first time I got there was pretty fun and enjoyable work place. Managers are so nice! But there are SOME managers and when I say managers, its my Indian manager. SHE is very cranky whenever she gets pressured and stress at work especially when its peak hour like mystery shopper time and some other peak hours (e. G supper, lunch). She tends to yell at her crew and especially when she's tired and I know that is not right. She pushes her crew to their limit and thinking that they can
Move very fast than their normal fast. Crews are very fast and she's bitching all the time whenever she's tired. She shouldn't do that because without her crew she won't meet the seconds she needs in an hour or her whole shift. McDonalds should provide personal development in each of every managers they promote in every city and every country because being disrespectful is such a big thing! How can you be a manager without you even doesn't have that moral and this manager has been into a fight were she disrespected this crew trainer and she didn't even said sorry?! She's a big disgrace to company like McDonalds. I can't even file a complaint againts this manager to my over all manager like the higher higher manager like store manager, because whenever my store manager is around she will acts nice like she's an angel. Our store manager trusts her and she doesn't even know this things that's happening in her store. Its not just me that have this complaints and I wish that McDonalds company should do about this thing.
