Magic Jack works ok with a decent computer and a good Internet connection. It will not wake up after the computer has returned from sleep mode. You must unplug the unit USB connection, wait a few seconds and then plug it back in. It will then reinitialize itself and start working again. This little bug needs a software upgrade. I question if they know how to fix it.
