On Monday, April 27th at 12:30 pm I took my vehicle 2001 Chrysler Town and Country to A Pluss Transmition Specialist, the reason was the engine light turned on sudingly, been attended by it's Manager Mr. Sal Ruiz, wich told me that, the only way he will know the reason of this problem is opening the transmision to see what was the pease of it that causing the problem, after asking what could be the cost, he told me that it depends on the parts and labour and that I should'nt have to worry since I could make a down payment and continue making the payment until it finish. I call back the company today and he told me over the phone that the cost of repair and labour was 2376.00 and that in order to pay him he will need my personal information like: SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, DRIVER'S LICENCE NUMBER, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, wich really surprice me and I was very unsecure about the cost since it has verbal, over the phone and I never saw any price description and as can see my credit report was pull without my authorization, since I know that in order to make the payments the company will need your personal information. He told me he will call me back in 15 minutes. After, he call me back and told me that I need a sponsor for my payment (co-signer), because it will be through a financial institution, which it was'nt told from the begining and the was a 15-20% interest after the 4th month of payment, this of course make me crazy because I could here in his voice the unsecure answer when I told him that he never told me before he pull the car in peases, he hang the phone on me, I call back and he dont let me talk, I beg him this financial institution number he geive me 1800 333 1082, after tryng to figuring out the right extention or option I got to some one and I explain the hole proscess and the person told me: Tell him to make it as a purches with a 3% interst on the principal I ask againg how could that be and she told me again wich is complete diferent at what he told me.
Today, Thursday, April 30th 2:00 at pm, I call back the company about the payment option, Mr. Sal Ruiz told me that the other option is for me to take out a Title loan, my husband told him that he want to get back the car the in the way I took it there and to take out the peases he sed he add and that we will pay for the labour cost and he told my husband that the labour cost is the same 2376 Dollar, this man trik me to get me to leave my vehicle and Pull my credit report without my concent telling me that he need my information for a payment plan, then tell me that I need a co-signer and now that I need to take out a Tittle Loan to pay him, what I never know that he could repair my Trasmition in 24 hour, he sed the car was ready y pass by about 5:00pm and I could see my vehichle standing in the air on the pole with the front cover open, what can I do, PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME Am been trap by this SCAMMER.
