Purchased 2 cd's with a 100% guarantee refund within 60 days. There is noway to contact Mr. Keenan to obtain a refund. I evensent the cd's back by certified mail and they were returned as un-deliverable. I tried 2 to 3 days after receiving the package and many times after that (I was told to get a ticket) which I did and they indicatedthat they would get back to me (I am still waiting). I have copies of most of the items I tried to use to get my moneyback. There is no way you can contact this man.
