Tec id: 0010082 sheduled time of arrival and arrived on time. Very proffessional in his work and expediant. Asked if I had noticed any other problem with the garden tractor that he could look at/repair and I told him that everything else seemed to be functioning correctly. This tec is the best service/repair tec that I have had the pleasesure meeting and service. He is a testiment to what a service tec should be and sets a high standard of service.
