I had to cancel a hotel reservation due to illness, and no where in Hotwire's policy did I read anything about an illness requires a written excuse for a refund! I will never use Hotwire service againSo in addition I have to see my Dr for a Dr's note to excuse me from work and a note to Hotwire for a refund of my money on a hotel cancellation? That is beyond ridculous, and it's wrong!
