I own a conv. Store, I had a contract RJR TOB CO. I contacted rjr the hotline no. For retailers requested so many time to contact me or my store for renewal of contract. They always said we will send e mail to dist. Manager or representativ at Richmond offce and they will contact you. NObody called and e mail to us. I ask about address for Richmond office they refuse to give that too. I speak to one of supervisor too she said same thing.
