Staples return policy -won't honor return even with receipt

Purchased a usb flash drive last week for $20.99 and wanted to return it today

But the store says they can't return it because i tore that stupid survey off the bottom of the receipt

So we talk for about 5min and no luck
then i left then called the store to ask for the district manager, so she replied with come back into the store and we may could help you

I went back and it was the same crap

So i decided to call the "office of the president" 800-338-0252 and they ripped them a new ass...

Also i've filed a lawsuit in small cliams court regarding this issue.

Don't buy anything from this company
