After purchasing a holistic flu treatment and never setting it up, I sent concerning the issue. Not just one of 5 emails were taken care of immediately. I named, was on-hold for 20 units and lastly got a lady having an accent. She stated the merchandise could be shipped. It was not. I called again and was informed these werenot ready to obtain the merchandise any more. I expected for my charge card to be acknowledged. They assured me it'd be. It was not. I called again. Was advised it could have a couple of days. I told them-it have been fourteen days. They didnot possess a idea of how to proceed, and didnot care. However no solution. No credit.
