Can't cancel e-mail with World of War Craft. I tried for over a month to do it. Their phone (1-800-592-5499) is always too busy to answer, 12 hours a day. Recorded answer ask to call back at another time, You try it. E-mail does not get an answer either. I never done business with these people and want to stop their e-mails and any other contact. They make it virtually impossible to cancel. Is there an internet rule that they have to clearly display a method to unsubscribe or cancel? Can someone do something about it? Please help.
