The only Spanish the manager of Gold's Gym knows is "Taco Bell." So he said.in regards to what? To my complaint that their Richmond gyms uses male cleaning crews who kept coming into the women's changing room and shower area unannounced!!! I complained to the manager, wrote Golds and they just shrugged... No big deal to THEM! I told them I'd been a sexual assault victim and it WAS a big deal to me... But they just kept ignoring me. It happened again. Their excuse was, "The crew is Hispanic. They don't speak English, we don't speak Spanish." Gold's Gym keeps automatically renewing my contract after I told them to cancel it... Then they cancelled it and then renewed it! I thought this nightmare would be over when my 2-year contract ended, but no. They autorenewed. I'm contacting my State Rep to get a bill passed AGAINST auto renewal! Bastards. They keep trying to get money out of me after my contract ended! I tried to cancel and get nowhere with these morons. I'm in tears I'm so angry.
