Rhonda, the store manager at the Goody's Family Clothing in Richmond, KY (and Michelle, her assistant) discriminates against the store's teenage employees. They are held to a much tighter standard than older employees and are fired if they cannot work on a scheduled day due to school functions. She posts the work schedule two days before the scheduled work week begins and does not give the students the flexibility they need to attend school functions. I have heard several complaints from the teenage employees there, all stating that she discriminates against them and has a poor attitude towards them. Goody's as a clothing store claims to operate under a "Mutual Respect Policy", but Rhonda, the store manager in Richmond, KY does not abide by this policy.
