Fraudulent appraisals assigns higher home values than they're actually worth

This "appraiser" appraised my home for a higher amount than it was actually worth, allowing his friends (the broker, the loan officer, the builder) to pull a higher loan value than was agreed upon. He also appraised my home with a building that isn't on my property, and central air that my contractor never installed. Fraud fraud fraud.
