I signed up for support.com in the fall of last year. I prepaid for the whole year. Last Monday I had a computer problem and called them to help me get it fixed.
I've called four times, each time waiting on hold for over 45 minutes and not getting through to anyone. I've left three voice mail messages. I've tried their online chat option. I can't reach anyone.
It's been four days, my computer isn't fixed, I've had no contact with anyone at support.com and I've paid for a service I'm not getting.
Don't use them. Their service is terrible and it's not worth the money.
