I bought a 6 month Support.com contract in the fall of 2009 because I had a problem. The initial contact on service were superb. It took an hour but my problem and more were resolved. Great service.
March 15 I called again. Gave up after waiting for over an hour. Ditto the next day. Finally called the corporate number and after 20 minutes reached a tech. Again superb servie and my issue was fixed quickly.
Conclusion... Techs know their business... Just not enough of them.
