No service, no support

I have prepaid this company for hosting services, and now they are not providing any support. When calling, there's a recording that says to contact them via online chat. Their online support chat doesn't work. Only the support chat works, but it is run by a bot which keeps saying to email them. Then they disconnect the chat. I have tried emailing them, but they do not respond. My site has been down with no way to contact the company
