I have bought 2 items from this company. I have tried to buy 7 total. With my first purchase it was online and everything went off without a hitch. The second item was online but it was advertised on TV as well. This was a high volume really inexpensive item. The order was canceled because of some billing issue. I used the same card for both transactions. Recently I tried to buy 4 pairs of pearl earrings from the TV show very reasonably priced. When I was talking with the sales person my call was dropped. I called right back and we corrected the billing address and I was assured there was not and issue with the sale. I checked my banking information and it had been authorized twice. Then when I was expecting the GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS to show I noticed that wile my card was authorized the total amount never processed. I called them up today and they said since the order had been canceled I would have to wait for the item to show up again. My opinion is that because they had such an overwhelming response to the item it was oversold and out of stock. Otherwise my order would have processed. If you want to buy single items off the web then it works. But stay away from the "deals" the orders will probably have issues. Even if you use the same card on the same day or an authorization goes threw on your account.
