Identica Corp. Signs contracts with vendors for services, uses the services, then fails to pay their vendors and honor signed contracts. Terry Wheeler and crew make tons of excuses of why they have no money, or that they will pay next month... Or the next... And so on until you just write off the debt. If you do ANY business with Terry Wheeler or Identica Corp., be sure you get paid up front or you too will end up getting scammed by these people.
