Bought a automotive battery - Everstart Maxx 65N three months ago. About 1 month ago started having problems with the vehicle not starting. Got it jumped and seemed fine, but had mechanic check and they thought it was a voltage issue with the airbag sensor, resolved that issue.
About 1 week later same issue, dead battery and then had jumped and noticed if it sat for 2 to 3 days then hard starting again. Finally had another episode where it barely cranked over.
Made appointment with mechanic and he noticed similar starting issue. He checked with a tester and found bad battery. Went back to Super Wal Mart to get a refund and they refused. I asked management about getting money back and they said against their policy, they could only offer a replacement battery.
Asked them if they would reimburse me for my money spent for the jumping, charging and the mechanic's bill to find the problem. They said they would not and still refused to refund my money for the battery.
I left not happy, with the bad battery.
