I bought a battery on 11/23/07 at the Sears store in DuBois, Pa. The paper work states that the warranty on the battery is 36 months full replacement and 64 months prorated warranty. Last week that same battery died. I made a trip to DuBois Sears and with my warranty showing I had purchased the battery there 47 months ago and should have some reimbursement on this battery.
The store clerk was very rude and stated that there was nothing that he could do for me.
I have been a customer of Sears for a long time and feel this was bad customer service. I also feel that some reimbursement should still be left on this battery. A battery was already purchased at Advanced Auto. I am very disappointed in Sears.
