My name is russell I recently purchased a battery for my 94 asto van. This is one of there cheap batteries for vehicles they call then Ever Start maxx - 78s My battery in my van had to be jumped and was 7 years old. So I opted buying one of these cheap batteries at walmart figuring the vehicle would be retired in a couple of years. So I got the batery home and had to put a battery charger on and then latter had to get a jump start the next morning it wouldnt turn over. So I figured it must be the starter or alternator. I had to have the vehicle towed to my mechanic whic cost me 75 dollars. My mechanic called me and told me the battery was bad and i had to spend an additional 140$ on a better grade of battery plus the cost to check out my alternator and starter. So in my haste and anxiety I lost my receipt of the walmart battery. I brought it to customer service. They sent me back to automotive to have it tested it had a dead cell. So I asked for a store credit on my credit card and eas refused it was obvious the battery was less than a week old. You could of ate off it. So I was sent back to customer service. Sorry no return credit without receipt. I walked out with the battery with such anger i could call for upper management. So Iam no longer going to do business with them. Ps dont buy walmart maxx car batteries they are cheaply made my experience with this super store cost me over 300$
