In January I ordered several Wii Fit with Balance Boards (8 separate orders) for my customers that had purchased them through my online store. (I use drop shippers to supply my orders) Total Dropshipper INC took $720 without supplying the product. They claimed that the items were shipped via FEDEx and did nto provide tracking numbers. I called up Fed Ex after a week, and used the destination addresses to see if there were shipments, and there were not. I contacted Total Dropshipper, and they did not respond. It has been well over 6 weeks now, and I have not been refunded, and the items of course have not arrived. They only offered for payment through Money Pak, Bank Wire, or American Express, which the latter did not work. I used Money Paks, and of course you cannot get those funds back like you can with a credit card.
I am aware of 5 other customers that were going through the same thing at the same time that I was. I am posting this in the hopes that they will come forward, and that they will pursue their money back as well by contacting the Attorney General of Pennsylvania so that they know how extensive this really is. And also report it to the BBB and their local police department if necessary.
