I purchased an agreement to have items dropshipped through Naycogroup in September. I paid $49.97 for the initial fee to sell items through this company. I sold two items online and purchased the items for my customers, paying for the items through paypal. Three weeks later I received emails from my customers stating they had not yet received their items. I accessed my Nayco account online to check the status of my orders. It showed my order had been placed, but never shipped with no tracking numbers available The company does not list a contact phone number on line, so I was not able to call them. I now know why. I sent them five emails requesting immediate responses. They never responded to my emails. I sent the so called owner an email explaining my problems and requesting a refund of my initial $49.97 sign up fee, which had a 90 DAY GUARANTEE, and a refund for the two items that were never shipped. Mr Nayavich never responded to my email. I am now out the $49.97 and over a $100.00 for the two items that were never shipped to my customer. I had to refund my customers their money. I am also filing a complaint on this company through the BBB. Please if anyone else has been ripped off by this company, file a complaint with the BBB so we can get them shut down and off the internet so they can not rip off any other innocent people.
