Stootsi
Has deceived their customers

My experience with Stootsi is horrible. They had a Random PC games for. 25 deal. See here: http://www.stootsi.com/2/postarchive. Aspx? Post=89503

The site stated that if you ordered a ton of games, they'd deliver a ton of games. I ordered 200 games and the total was $50.00, the shipping was $5.00. I paid with Paypal.

On August 13th I received an email stating that they were hoping to ship everything out by Friday (8/15). On august 8/15 I received another email stating that they hoped to have everything shipped by Monday (8/18). And on 8/19 I received another update:

"Stootsi Smrgsbord: One Random PC Game As of today, most orders under 30 games have been shipped and/or received. Honestly, we did not anticipate the volume of orders on this product and this has been the most time consuming to package. We are doing our best to get these
orders out as quickly as possible. Our target date is to have all of the large orders out by this Friday. Additionally, some of you might be receiving emails
from UPS with new tracking information. Some of the shipments we processed originally had incorrect weights. We had to process new shipments, thus, you might be receiving new tracking numbers. Additionally, you may receive an email telling you that your tracking # was voided. DO NOT PANIC - this just means your original tracking number is no longer valid. Lastly, if you no
longer wish to wait for your order, and your item has not been shipped, you may request cancellation of your order by replying to this email. We completely understand your frustration and are more than happy to cancel and refund any orders that have not been shipped."

This morning (8/28) out of the blue I received an email from Paypal saying that $45.00 was being refunded. I did not request it, nor did I want it. Following that email, Stootsi sent one apologizing and explaining that they weren't comfortable holding onto our moey for 2-3 weeks. I think this is BS, they either didnt have the supply or the shipping cost was going to destroy them (5 bucks is not a lot for 50 lbs of games). Oh and they sent a $5.00 coupon. So I don't even get half my games, I get 1/10th of what I ordered? I ordered so many because it was flat shipping.

They have lied to their customers and without warning or the customer's choice cancelled the orders and some only partial cancelled.
