I purchase an Angel Bed in 2005. The bed was delivered filthy and stained in grease. It needed to be replaced. I waited several more weeks before the replacement arrived. The bed was far from TemperPedic quality. The bed slowly started to deteriorate by collapsing around me. I attempted to file a warranty claim with the one person, Jeannie, that only accepts emails for warranty claims. After sending approximately 10 photos with the requested ruler measurements I was advised that my photos were not taken as instructed and I could ship the mattress to them for inspection. The bed is not functional. I am now forced to purchase a replacement from a reputable manufacturer and will initiate a law suit for their unfair and deceptive trade practices. Jeannie advised me in her reply to do what I want... Great customer service, NOT. A total ripoff.
