I purchased a new queen mattress set in Sept. Before it was 3 months old it was sagging noticeably, even after having been flipped once. I requested a replacement due to manufacturer defect, on Dec 2 they came and measured the depression and filled out a report. 2 weeks later after calling and then finally going to the store in person for the outcome: they said the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty due to a stain on the mattress. There are no stains on the set, it had been covered by a 2 inch thick foam mattress pad AND a quilted mattress cover. The store website has a large section about satisfaction guarantee and replacement if unhappy with the purchase. Mitchel the store manager told me this warranty did not apply to their store!!! There is absolutely nothing on the websites that eliminates their store location from the warranty they boldly advertise. I am disgusted with this company and they should not be allowed to advertise falsely.
