Poor quality, bad customer service

This was a great product, at first, but the quality really came through. After 60 days of sleeping on an angel bed my Wife and I are getting some of the worst sleep ever.
The bed really began sagging and made it very uncomfortable. At first I loved this bed, but now it's the worst one I've ever had. When I called to return this bed within the 90 day trail, I was met with a very rude representative on the phone. She attempted to convince me to use the warranty for the bed. After 60 days of use, and this is what I have, there is no way I'm keeping it, even if I'm sent a new mattress.
I was give little info on returning the mattress. I was advised I would receive paperwork in the mail to fill out and return. A week later, nothing. My wife called and was greeted with a hang up after waiting on hold for several minutes, then when she recalled, she also got a rude person to speak with. A form was email to us where we learned we have to wrap, and box the mattress for shipping. Now I have to figure out where I'm going to find these items to ship the mattress back.
