Purchased new mattress in Jan 02 and had it replaced under warranty in March. Replacement mattress was not equal in quality as the original one and is now sagging. Also, the replacement mattress is not as firm as the original. Replacement mattress is suppose to have a 7 year FREE replacement warranty which Mark's furniture refuses to adhere to. Also, Mark's furniture has not come out to inspect the problem mattress or given us any indication they want to resolve our complaint. They did offered us a $300 credit towards a new mattress which we feel is a ripoff. We don't feel we should have to incur any additional expense out-of-pocket.
The mattress is made by Symbol and we feel the manufacturer should stand behind their warranties through their respective dealers.
A complaint was lodged with our local BBB but remains unresolved at this point.
