Vlady Cornateanu of Addiction Neckwear shipped me $380 in novelty neckties that never arrived because he shipped to the wrong address. He had the correct address and even though Fed Ex has concluded after their investigation that he was at fault - not me - he will not refund the money to me. Mr Cornateanu has been very rude and nasty about my inquires to this matter and he is very un-ethical about his business.
