Complaint / review text:
I have shopped from Eve's Addiction various times and felt content until after placing an order my order didn't arrive. An order that was suppose to arrive in 3-5 business days is still yet to get here (it has now been almost 2 weeks since it was shipped). The tracking reference has shown the package in the same location in CT (I'm in CA) for this whole time. Most companies would apologize and re-ship the item, but not Eve's Addiction. They prefer you wait for 14 days and then they ask you to go do the footwork on finding out about the package from the Post Office, bringing them the info about the lost item - and item they can check the tracking and see it's been the same spot for 2 weeks! Unfortunately that is not the end of it, during this time, they also were replying to my emails with information I was giving them in the first place in regards to the package shipment and location etc. Already asked them for a refund or to ship the items out to me again - NO RESPONSE!!! I've seen better customer service from street vendors!
