Did not fulfill order. Kept money. Has not responded to email and phone inquiries. It has been one month since they claim it shipped. Package tracking link says no info

SizzleTwist Did not fulfill my order for an 8 GB SD memory card. They charged my Paypal account.
They emailed me December 16 claiming they had shipped the product. However, the package tracking link to the US Postal Service says they have no information. Typically, when a vendor says an order has shipped, clicking the tracking link will at minimum say that shipping information has been received.
SizzleTwist Has not responded to email and phone inquiries. As I write this, it has been one month since they claim it my order shipped.
