Aramex and my long story with those liars here it comes:
my brother send me some personal expensive stuff from overseas on priority shipping using aramex the shipment weight 4,76 kg (10,49 lb) and because its on priority it cost me about 234$ unbelievable price with this kind of service, anyway the shipment were sent on the 24th of JAN and still hav'nt arrived yet i have been calling the company almost everyday the last 2 weeks and they are saying the same thing everyday which is the shipment is on hold in customs and thats all the info that they provided me with every time i call they even asked for 25$ fee for customs and i paid it as soon as they asked for it no big problem on the fee all i need now is my stuff please please help me i need my stuff ASAP! What should i do? Where should i go? Who should i talk to?
