XLPharmacy rocks and I'll tell you why. I had ordered 4 times and the shipment always made it on time, then on sept. 10th I ordered again and with the tracking number it arrived in Canada on the 15th but it ended up being held in customs. After 1 month of being stuck in customs, I opened a support ticket to inquire why my order was stuck in customs, they said they would look into it and get back to me, I decided to make another order online and use the priority shipment... XLPharmacy actually called me on the the phone to ask why I was placing another order, I told them that I was out of pills and needed them and didn't want to wait and was hoping the new order would make it faster... That new order also got stopped in Canada Customs... Damn... When I contacted them again, they mentioned that they had re-shipped my first order and yes I got a tracking number, well once again it got held in customs... I kept tracking my 3 orders on the canadapost website everyday... Always being reviewed by customs... Damn well after once again contacting the support at XLPharmacy, they said they would credit my first order and that they would re-ship my 2nd order and get it shipped from the UK instead of from India... Well I finally received that order last week and the credit on my credit card was also on my last Visa statement...
OK so it took almost 3 months from my order but it finally made it... It was not XKPharmacy's fault as Canada customs were seizing all orders coming from India. XLPharmacy was always very supportive and they found a way to deliver...
