Priority Eyewear lied about a phone conversation they had with a receptionist and then sent a shipment of frames that were NOT ordered without any return label. I had to call them to tell them I didn't want them, wait for them to mail me a shipping label. UPS loses the box, and Priority Eyewear has the audacity to try and charge my office. #1, the shipment should never have been authorized. That's not how Ada Vision has operated, and to have a sales rep say that I (and then in subsequent conversations refer to either my coworker or the boss... Changed story?) must have given the authorization leads me to say either provide a recorded phone conversation stating as much or you are calling me a liar. Customer satisfaction is plummeting.in addition, why was NO return label in the original shipment? I had to WAIT for a return label. Then when I ship it back, you differentiate between shipping department / returns department when I ask how long it'll take for a credit to process. Well, from my standpoint, I obviously want to know from start to finish now long it'll take. I don't differentiate between your departments, you are 'Priority Eyewear' in my eyes. Don't tell me it'll take a few days for the credit to process when YOU get the frame, because it sits in your shipping department for weeks? You want to make it right, don't charge me for frames I didn't want. Simple.
