When I received my order from MBTfirst-class I realized my order for size 10 shoes was incorrect... The shoes where marked size 10 but fit like a size 8 1/2. I attempted to contact the company via the contact information provided on the web site, after a week, I tried again. A month later I tried again, and also looked for some other way to contact this company (i found none). I also noted that the box was shipped from Shanghai Yi-ping Computer Desi, gns. Fabrication Co. Ltd. 2602-B-2 Changzhong Road. MBT's should not be coming out of Shanghai!
