They sent the wrong size shoes and are not answering emails.

I thanked them for the prompt delivery of my order.

Unfortunately I was shipped one size too small: EUR 45 2/3 (US 11.5) instead of 46 1/3 (US 12).

I have requested assistance of Shanghai Canadian Chamber of Commerce to tell me how to return these shoes and receive the correct size.
