I ordered flowers for my fathers memorial service on2/21/10 to be delivered by noon. I got a phone call from the company sayingthey could not deliver the order because all the local florists wereclosed. This call came at the same time the service wasscheduled to start.
Because of this short notice I had no other way to order flowers for theservice because of the late notification. The company only apologized for the nondelivery and saidthey would refund my money.
This company was negligence in for filling their contractual obligation andtheir response was an apology and refund. An apology and refund did not rectifythe problem. They should of notified me in time to use a company that could ofdelivers the arrangement in time.
Do not use this company - they do not care abouttheir customers. Br style=""
