My husband ordered roses for me for valentines day and they never showed up, flowerscanada never contacted us stating why or that the flowers would not show up, they evidently don't know if their flower orders ever make it to their destinations or what condition they will arrive in. Flowerscanada was just going to take the money and never say a word or refund the money if I didn't contact them first. So if my husband had been a single soldier by the time he found out and got time to contact them probably would have been to late. Later I found out my friends husband ordered flowers for his mom while he was deployed they were delivered, but all dead. I just want to warn soldiers and families of this company BEWARE of purchasing flowers from them! We will see if they actually refund our money like they say they will, since they can't deliver flowers like they say they will. I have not received a refund as of today, but even after getting a refund like my husband said doesn't make up for missing valentines day. So if you want your holiday or special occasion ruined order flowers from FlowersCanada.com! And I don't care if they answer to this report because even if they refund the money it doesn't bring back valentines day or deliver the flowers!
