I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day. On the night of Mother's Day I opened an email from GoFlorist.com that said they could not deliver the flowers on the holiday and would do it the next available delivery date. They did not deliver them until Tuesday! No apology, no call to my mom. I didn't even know they didn't come, just thought mom forgot to call me, but she didn't even know I sent her flowers until they showed up Tuesday! She didn't know I thought about her on that special day. GoFlorist.com does not offer refund or even a consolation prize. Not even a real apology. I will never use them again.
