I ordered flowers at 8:30am on Saturday January 11th; with the expedited delivery service so the flowers were to arrive no later than 12:30 to my fiancée's work. I called fromyouflowers several times between 1pm and 6pm since I never received the delivery confirmation email. I'm doing so, fromyouflowers claimed to have called the local florist several times, left several messages, put a RUSH on the order since it was already late; but never got ahold of anyone at the florist; nor did the florist ever call from youflowersback. How can a 4 hour window rushed order at 8:30am not only miss the 12:30 deadline but just not be delivered at all is beyond me. The customer service has been polite to this point; but I can never get that moment back to give my fiancée the gift that would have turned her day around and put a huge smile on her face. I now see this company has a reputation of late and non deliveries. Fortunately, they might refund me my money; but the moment in time to give someone special a gift at a special time is priceless and forever lost. Please proceed with caution when placing orders through fromyouflowers.com. I should have done my research before hiring this company; as I could have just as easily went to a local florist myself and then dropped off the flowers at my fiancées work.
