Don't order from fromyouflowers! I ordered flowers for same day delivery, received a call hours later (too late to cancel and order same day delivery from another company) saying the flowers could not be delivered, but would have to be delivered "first thing in the morning." It's almost noon, the flowers aren't there. Called customer service and emailed them, they are not helpful at all. You receive no compensation, but instead just get told they can't do anything to fix it. The woman the flowers are for is being discharged from the hospital and they say they still have to try to deliver them there before they can be delivered to a home address. So ridiculous! No wonder they have so many terrible reviews on this site and 353 bad reviews on pissedconsumer!
