I would like to warn anyone, that wants to buy a horse from Paul Aurandt and Tracy of Houtzdale Pa, known as Equine FX or 2 Chance Ranch, please reconsider. I had a wonderful AQHA registered barrel racing mare that I traded them for an AQHA kid-safe gelding. When they brought me the horse, he was very very sick and I was afraid to let them take him back for fear that he would die, so I felt bad for him and kept him. When I asked where his papers were, they told me that he wasn't registered. They gave me a written gaurantee that this horse was a good horse. That night they called and yelled at me saying my mare that I traded them was lame. Why they made that up, I don't know. I saw that they had her on the internet the very next day as kid-safe, sound in everyway. She was not a kid safe horse, I told them she needed a very experienced rider. I tried to call and email them, but they refused to contact me. Once I was able to ride the "kid-safe" horse they traded me, he was a horrible bucker. He reared up several times, falling over himself. Thankfully I was able to jump out of the way. I tried to contact them to get them to give me my horse back, they refused said she was sold for slaughter, and they would trade me another horse. I refused to take another horse to them. I sent the one they gave me to auction for fear of him hurting someone. It happened to be a conicidence that my neighbor ended up with my mare. She was not sold in slaughter like Paul stated. He outright lied to me. There was also another horse they had for sale that was named Shooter, they called him Sam. He was a little grade bay gelding. That horse was crazy. I knew the horse was crazy and he was sold at auction. They had him advertised as kid-safe great beginners horse. I tried to warn anyone about that horse. They called me yelling at me and everything else. I tried to take them to court, they never showed up. Please beware of these awful people.
