Camblin Ranch sold me a horse that they said was sound and healthy. I requested to have a vet examine the horse before I purchased him but they talked me out of it and convinced me that the horse was sound and that I could get my money back or exchange him for another horse if I found anything wrong with the horse and I believed them.
The day after I brought the horse home I noticed that he was not sound. Also he had a runny nose and was extremely lethargic. I called my vet and he put him on antibiotics.
I called Camblin Ranch and told them the horse is unsound and I would like to either exchange him for another horse or get my money back. They were extremely rude and said that the horse must have injured himself while in my care so they would not exchange him for another horse or give me my money back. I told them that was not the case and the vet determined that the unsoundness was not due to a recent injury. They again refused to exchange him for another horse or give me my money back and they hung up on me.
I have tried to contact them several times since then and they have not returned my phone calls.
