I am another victim of paul and tracy. I had some wonderful ponies. They were in our family for 4 years, some of which i rescued. My neice out grew the ponies and wanted a barrel horse so we sold paul and tracy our ponies and got a so called barrel horse. When they came to our house to look at the ponies they told us they were a rescue and they would find loving homes for our ponies. They told us they would even go to the homes of the new buyers to make sure they were going to approved homes. We then took the 2 tenessee walkers just for a trial period and when we decided to send 1 back the whole deal went bad. They didnt want to pay us for the ponies and accused us of neglect and being too stupid to have horses ect. When they found out i was going to push the issue with them they sent some, but i dont know which ones, to slaughted. I was devistated. I took them to court in snyder county and won my case but of course i never got my money.
