Beware!!! They will bring you in with bait and swap tactics! They advertise in the PENNYSAVER with super deals, eg oil change 11.95 but when you get there they will try to add on fees, eg oh its 5w 30 which if you go to any auto parts store its the same price oil, 5w is actually cheaper than 10w. Also once your car is in the shop they will tell you your fluids are dirty even if they are not, they will try to get you to do complete fluid flush when I had my transmission serviced just less than a month ago they tried to tell me it was dirty.
I have a brand new radiator and air filter and they told my my radiator was leaking and that my air filter was dirty.in the middle of all this they also stripped my oil drain plug and told me that it was worn out and must be replaced every time! Do not go to this location!!! PARAMOUNT OR LONG BEACH OR for that matter ANY Purrfect auto is better than their location. ALSO they ended up putting on the wrong oil filter... LUCKILY I KNEW WHICH was the right one. I was hopping these new owners would be better than the old but these new owners are CHEATERS AND LIARS!!! Beware!!! Don't lose your money! They will lie and cheat you!!!
