On 8-17-01 I went to get my oil changed and injectors cleaned with coupon special. The service man also wanted to change my fuel filter but I decline, then he asked me why I need my injectors cleaned I said to keep my car running good. But he kept on telling me to change my fuel filter, But I had my fuel filter changed a week earler. So they put my car on the hoist to change the oil, I saw the man pulling on the C.V. Boot, the service man called me over to the car and then told me that the C.V. Boot needed to be replace. The night before my husband look under my car to make sure that there was nothing else wrong, I know that purrfect auto rip the C.V. Boot. Mean while they were going to clean the injectors they OVERHEATED my car, it was left running 20to30 min. My car never overheated before, they said that I had a cooling problem. I got upset then left. When I got home the cooling fan was disconted. I went to Purrfect Auto Service to only get my oil changed and injectors cleaned, when I did'nt want extra work to be done, They created new problems to be fixed. My car has not overheated since I left the shop. I talked to several people about what happened, they said that they had simular problems with purrfect auto, I even know a couple tow truck drivers who said don't ever take your vehical there, they will rip you off, and try to fix thing that are not even wrong, just to get the business
