I took my vehicle in for a general maintenance and filter change and Purrfect auto took two hours just to figure out how to do the tranny filter and when I received my vehicle back the engine was missing very bad.
I took the vehicle back to them to correct the problem and they kept the vehicle over night and said it was fixed. The vehicle was actually worse than the first time. I had to take my car to the dealer to be diagnosed and fixed properly. Therefore, I had to rent a vehicle and pay the dealer for a job I had already paid purrfect auto to do and purrfect auto was the cause of the problem.
I want them to either refund my money for the work or pay for my repair bill and rental car from Ford.
