Krystal Cancun, Regal Resales, Steve Levy
Fraud, Scam, Mexoico

My story is the same as most others that have been ripped off by Steve Levy and his gang. My wife and are one year old boy went to Cancun for a week. We couldn't afford to take are other two kids. We were stopped at the airport by gentlemen that said if we went to a 90min presentation he would give us a free breakfast and a ride to are hotel which was not Krystal.

There sales pitch lasted over 5 hours, all along they had someone push my little boy around in his stroller to stop him from crying. They didn't want us to have any excuse for leaving. Steve Levy stated we would be buying a timeshare at the Krystal for $15,000 with the option to set us up with a rental company to rent out our 13 rental weeks for $700 a week, plus 25 Krystal plus weeks. He explained that the profit we would make would cover the loan amount we would be taking out with Bank of America.

He said by Jan we would get are first check of $5,320. Another in July of the same amount. Joseph Gardeni of Regal Resales would be listing the properties for $700 a week.

He also got us involved into rci. He gave us this big catalog of these great resorts and said we can get a suite for $399 a week for up to 6 people. Now that I think of it we were so gullible to believe all this. But we believed him and thought now we can take the whole family on vacation. We went thru with it.

My wife and I had a bad feeling the next day. We took are son and went back to Krystal to cancel. They made us sit in the lobby for an hour with the baby. Steve would not come down so sent one of his other guys to talk us out it. Funny how nice they were the day before. After another hour of back and forth Steve comes down and tells us that there will be $8,000 cancellation fee because we already singed the paper work. He convinces us to just try it for a year until we get are money back.

January has come and gone, I called Joseph Gardeni guess what? No money. I am sure he is in on the scam as well. The paper work form regal says the rental rate is $1,250.00 a week for a studio. Not the 700 dollars I was told it was going to be. It does not really matter I am sure like many other I will not receive I dime.

To Steve Levy, Regal resales and everyone at Krystal that has to do with this timeshare scam you should be ashamed of yourselves. How do you sleep at night. I hope and pray someone does to your family what you have done to mine. The money may not be much but it a lot to us. You ruined are vaction and put us in debt.
