Ordered jersey on December 16 and paid via PayPal.inlaws ended up buying jersey from store in Minnesota. Canceled order, didnt hear anything from them so I filed a claim thru PayPal in the morning. Around noon I got a call from an oriental person asking why I filed a claim and why I want to cancel order. Gave her the reasons and she said cancel the claim and she will refund my money. Stupid me cancelled the claim... Big mistake. Have called their "customer service" telephone # and it just rings and rings. I have had numerous online chate with them and each time they came up with different excuses as to why I haven't gotten my refund. From "our manager is in China negotiating shipping", "refunds only done on Sundays", "refunds only done on Mondays", "sytem is down", "system is updating", "you are on refund list", etc... All in broken english!!! Finally I asked them to complete the order by shipping me the jersey instead of refund. Still no reply. Do not do business with them!
